Dr. Tatjana Kolevska, MD, is the chair for oncology and hematology with The Permanente Medical Group and serves as Medical Director for Kaiser Permanente’s National Excellence in Cancer Care Program. She also chairs Kaiser Permanente’s physician education program in Northern California, facilitating education for more than 9,000 Permanente physicians from different disciplines.

Dr. Kolevska completed medical school in Croatia before immigrating to the United States, where she completed her internal medicine residency at Mt. Sinai/St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York City and a fellowship in oncology and hematology at Columbia University.

Dr. Kolevska has held several positions in the areas of cancer and research. Previously she served as assistant professor of clinical medicine at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), as an advisory board member for the Community Research Network at the National Cancer Institute, and study chair for national cancer research trials.
