Sunny Dhah, DO

Dr. Sunny Dhah, DO, was born in India and raised in Fresno, California, where he attended California State University, Fresno before completing his medical training at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California. He completed his residency training at the Baylor College of Medicine at the University of Texas’ Houston Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Alliance before completing his fellowship in Oncology Rehabilitation at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas.

Prior to his current role, Dr. Dhah provided subspecialty rehabilitation care and served as a Physician Champion of Wellness with the Southern California Permanente Medical Group at Kaiser Permanente’s Woodland Hills and Ventura medical centers before joining The Permanente Medical Group in 2018. He now serves as the Chief of Rehabilitation Services at Kaiser Permanente’s South Sacramento medical center where he leads Oncology, Amputee, Trauma, Spasticity and Neuro Rehabilitation services.

Outside of his practice, he enjoys being chased by his three young children, relaxing with family and friends, and of course, exercising daily.
