Madalyn Arreola is a Clinical Consultant with Kaiser Permanente Medical Foundation, where she leads multi-market implementation and expansion efforts for innovative care delivery models, including Virtual Care and Co-Visit Care for Chronic Conditions. During her four years with Kaiser Permanente, she’s had the opportunity to grow across several roles and markets including the Northwest, Southern California, Colorado, and Washington, with Nevada soon to follow.
Before joining Kaiser Permanente through its Master’s-level internship program, Madalyn worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant during the COVID-19 pandemic and later served as a Clinical Research Manager with Scripps. She is a first-generation college graduate, earning a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management and a Master of Public Health in Healthcare Administration. As a proud Kaiser ‘baby’, her personal and professional journeys now intersect at the organization that has been part of her life from the very beginning.
Madalyn is a professional member of Ascend Global Leaders, the National Association of Latino Healthcare Executives (NALHE), and serves as Co-Chair of the Generations@KP Business Resource Group. As a member of Generation Z, she brings a distinct perspective to conversations about leadership, career growth, and belonging. Her experiences navigating generational assumptions, age-related barriers, and rapid career progression have reinforced her belief that success is defined not by age or title, but by impact, resilience, and the courage to advocate for yourself and others. Defined by perseverance and a belief in creating opportunities rather than waiting for them, she continues to challenge assumptions and encourage others to chart their own path to success.”
