Aneliza Del Pinal serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Sourcewise, the Area Agency on Aging (AAA) for Santa Clara County. A dynamic and visionary leader, Aneliza employs a systems-thinking approach to leadership, blending strategic planning, governance, and community-centered innovation to improve the lives of older adults, adults with disabilities, and their caregivers. She is credited with expanding Sourcewise’s reach into previously unserved areas of the county, ensuring that older adults in those communities receive vital services and support.

Under her leadership, Sourcewise has experienced transformative growth, launching twelve new programs tailored to the evolving needs of aging populations—including initiatives under California’s CalAIM that integrate health care and social services. Her deep experience across multiple AAA roles informs her work as President of the California Association of Area Agencies on Aging (C4A), where she advocates for scalable, impactful solutions to support California’s older adults, individuals with disabilities, and family caregivers.

Aneliza holds a degree in International Business from San Francisco State University and has contributed to several county and statewide initiatives, including the California Department of Aging’s 2030 Project Steering Committee, the Santa Clara County Adult Caregiver Study Workgroup, the LGBTQ+ Older Adult Advisory Group, the Alzheimer’s Latino Caregiver Conference, and the Non-Profit Food Network. Aneliza is also a dedicated member of USAging, the national association of Area Agencies on Aging.
